Dr. Minalli Vasandani is a Dentist specialising in Periodontology and Implantology, as well as a Health Services Manager, researcher, and educator. She has over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector, both nationally and internationally. She is currently a Lecturer and Academic Convenor for Work Integrated Learning at the Health Services Management Department of Griffith University and is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Services Management. Minalli has held leadership, management, and executive roles in healthcare and is recognized as an expert in Health Services Management. She has taught across postgraduate programs, including the Graduate Certificate in Health Services Management, the Master of Health Services Management, and Bachelor of Dentistry programs. Her leadership extends to Internationalisation for Health Services Management at Griffith University, focusing on collaborations with the South-East Asia region. Her research interests span preventative medicine, behaviour motivation and change, and enhancing graduate employability through curricular and extracurricular activities.
