Dr. Ashley Showers DNP, CRNA, FAANA is an accomplished pediatric provider of greater than 13 years. She is a transformational leader and advances the profession as a compassionate clinician, innovative program administrator, and dynamic educator. Furthermore, she is a stellar speaker and published author. Ashley is the Assistant Program Director at the Cleveland Clinic / Frances Payne Bolton / Case Western Reserve University Nurse Anesthesia Program. She is passionate about pediatric anesthesia, wellness promotion, patient safety, and professional development. As co-founder of a prestigious mentorship program, she cultivates future CRNAs leaders. Serving in a host of capacities on multiple state and national committees, Ashley fiercely advocates for the profession. She is a loving wife and mother of two. While collaborating and learning with her international expert colleagues, Ashley is both humbled and honored to speak at the 2026 World Congress of Nurse Anesthetists!
