Overview

In this 3-hour modified Delphi workshop, nurse leaders will collaboratively explore and distil practical enablers and barriers to leading change and innovation in complex healthcare systems. Through a process of brainstorming, prioritising, and ranking, followed by reflective mixed-group development, participants will unpack the interplay of power, politics, and influence identifying concrete strategies to becoming more influential leaders of change.
