Seang Sothea is a highly experienced nurse specializing in anesthesia and intensive care since 1993. He holds a Master of Public Administration (2008), a Chief Nurse Diploma (1998), and a Nurse Associate Diploma (1986). His extensive training includes anesthesia at CHU Bordeaux, France (1994), continuing education at CHU de Tours, France (1998), emergency training in Singapore (2002), and emergency ICU training at CHU Rouen, France (2018).
Seang’s professional journey began as a lecturer at a nursing school from 1987 to 1993. He then served as a nurse anesthetist at Calmette Hospital from 1993 to 1998. From 1998 to 2023, he held the position of Deputy Director General Nurse and Head Nurse of the Emergency-ICU at Calmette Hospital. Currently, he is an Advisor at the Technical Office of Calmette Hospital and continues to lecture at the nursing school for both nurses and nurse anesthetists.
