Nichole Kimmet

A CRNA since 2012, Nichole has dedicated her career to the specialty of pediatric anesthesia. In addition to being a skilled clinical practice provider for this patient population, Nichole is also the pediatric anesthesia clinical education leader for doctoral nurse anesthesia residents from seven educational programs that rotate trainees to the level 1 quaternary pediatric hospital where she practices. Beyond her clinical and educational efforts, Nichole is also the associate Chief CRNA for the department of anesthesiology & pain medicine at her facility. She has presented locally and nationally on the topic of burnout & professional fulfillment in anesthesia practice as well as various pediatric topics. Nichole is thrilled to be speaking during this conference on the topics entitled: Do we need intravenous access for anaesthesia in paediatric patients? and How to manage parents’ expectations.
