Jeff Molter has been a CRNA for 26 years. Mr Molter currently practices in Lima, Ohio at the Institute of Orthopedic Surgery. Mr Molter served his state professional organization, The Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists as President in 2017. In 2020, Mr Molter began serving his national professional organization, The American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA). He has served as a board member, Treasurer, Vice President and is currently the President Elect and will take office as President in August of 2025. Mr Molter enjoys the business side of anesthesia and earned his MBA in 2011. Along with his business partner Scott Urigel CRNA; they formed Western Reserve Anesthesia Education where they educate and teach hands on Ultrasound guided workshops for physicians and CRNAs. Together, they created the first Ultrasound guided Nerve Block app for iPhone and android which today, is known as Block Buddy Pro.
